Spring Haul

Helloooo!!
I'm finally back today
I have a little haul for you
The promise of spring always gets me excited to go shopping
I picked some new things up over the past few weeks and I want to share them with you all

 H&M:

 Kohl's:
[I was quite shocked]

Nike Outlet:
[Woo!!]
Sorry it's slightly out of focus

Two of my favorite scents
If you haven't smelled Market Peach yet, GO DO IT!
It smells phenomenal
And Mahogany Teakwood smells exactly like Abercrombie

Outfit Recap

Hello lovelies

I feel like so much is going on and I have so many things to tell so many different people, it's hard to keep everything straight
I just want to give you all a bit of an update, as with every blog post of mine

Again, things are getting more comfortable
I started a film class and also a lit class this week
I really like the film class, and I'm not sure about the lit class quite yet
These classes are taught by my study abroad program director, as opposed to taking them at the university, so it's a bit more lenient, and it's also with other students from my program, so I really like that
I only have a week and a half left of my classes that I don't particularly enjoy, so YAY!

My program went to Granada this past weekend and it was absolutely beautiful!
We did a ton of walking and saw a lot of the city
I'll have a post coming soon :)

Since I've been doing so much traveling, I haven't been blogging about makeup and fashion and I miss it
But to be honest, there is always so much going on, I kind of just stick with makeup looks that I'm comfortable with, and I haven't been too daring with my outfits
It's so hot here, I'm usually just trying to stay cool
It is nice though, because you never really see people in athletic clothes, and you can tell a lot of students put effort into their outfits for class
I love this, because in the states, I kind of feel like a freak if I put a real outfit together for class

Here are just some snapshots of some of my recent outfits :)
Sorry some are just shot on my iPhone

Clean & Easy

Hi friends!
The weather has been cooling off a bit and I have been so happy that I can wear pants again.

I did a bit of shopping over the past few weeks and picked up some new tanks amongst other things.
I plan on wearing a lot of black pants and tank combinations while I'm in Europe and changing things up with different accessories. I'll do a haul post if you guys would like to see the things I bought.

I like the simple lines of this outfit. It feels chic with the minimal jewelry and clean cut top, but also laid back with the distressed denim and sneakers.

This has been one of my favorite makeup looks lately. Leave a comment if you'd like to see a tutorial on it :)

Details-- Top: Marshall's. Jeans: Hollister. Shoes: Converse. Watch: Fossil. Bag: Rebecca Minkoff.

Thanks for reading! Talk to you soon

Déjà Vu

Hi everyone!
I typically try to find items that are really versatile when I'm shopping, but there are only so many ways you can style some things.
While I might re-wear the same piece of clothing a lot, I try to always find a new way to wear it.
I never was huge into changing my accessories, but I have come to find that utilizing them can be the best way to make your wardrobe seem twice as big.
I'm on the hunt for some new accessories to revamp the clothes I already own.
Here are some I've been eyeing while online shopping--

Goddess Chain. Urban Outfitters. $19
Zig Zag Bracelet. Target. $9.99

Suede Wrap Bracelet. Target. $14.99

Graduate Collar Necklace. Forever 21. $9.80
Scarf. H&M. $9.95

Chain Belt. H&M. $12.95

All of these affordable pieces can be used to completely change the feel of an outfit. I can't wait to pick some up :)

You guys might remember a post from spring where I actually wore this outfit, but with a different scarf. I bought the H&M scarf from above in a pretty coral color, and it totally brightened up my outfit, as opposed to the blue scarf I wore with this the other time.

Details-- Scarf: H&M. Shirt: Old Navy. Dress: H&M. Sandals: Michael Kors.

Thanks so much for reading!
Where do you guys like to buy accessories? I'm really looking to expand my collection.

Closet Tour!

Hello!
How is your week going?
Mine has been really good. My teeth feel so much better, I'm getting back into working and I've just been in a great mood.
It might have a little bit to do with my two shopping trips. Whoops.
Haul coming soon if you'd like!

But now, the exciting part, my closet tour! I don't know if you guys even get excited about posts like this, but I absolutely love seeing people's room tours, makeup collections and all that stuff on YouTube. I guess I'm just nosey like that.
I'm really happy with how I reorganized it and I hope you guys like it too!
I don't really feel like I need to do this since my closet isn't anything fantastic, but maybe I should anyway. Just as a disclaimer, this isn't me "bragging" about my closet at all. That just sounds so lame anyway. I know I get help about organization tips and such from seeing other people's tours, so I hope that I can help some of you out. Just throwing that out there :)
Here we go!

View from my bedroom
From back to front: Sweaters, jackets & blazers, pants & jeans going from dark to light
Long sleeve then short sleeve tops- dark to light
Transitioning into tanks- dark to light
Skirts and shorts in the back corner
Dresser with t-shirts, swimsuits, and extra sheets
Up top I have random storage for slippers, winter accessories, extra pillows and a bunch of miscellaneous things
Above my jeans I keep my dresses- dark to light
Above there are random boxes and duffle bags
Shoe rack holding my leather boots and my rain boots
[A mirror will be going above here when I find the right one]
On the right side is my tall dresser with bras, underwear, socks, and workout clothes
To the right of that is more storage, my robe, and playbills from shows from high school and some of my favorite shopping bags
 Overview from the corner
I had a close up of the right side of this photo, but it wouldn't upload
I just have sweatshirts color coordinated on the top and my scarves tied around the pole on the bottom
And that's it for my closet tour!

I hope you guys enjoyed and thanks for reading!!
I'd love to hear some suggestions for future posts if you have any :)
